Office and gates at the Port of Wilmington and Port of Morehead City will remain closed Thursday, January 4. Both locations will operate on a 2-hour delay Friday, January 5. The North Carolina State Ports Authority continues to monitor the winter weather conditions and will update operating hours if necessary.
